Weeks from being removed from one of the worse elder abuse situations Charleston Police Department had ever see, Judy Quensenberry died. Judy Quensenberry was living with her daughter. When the paramedics arrived, they found 75 year old Judy covered in feces and urine. How this is possible, it is unknown, but her arm was stuck to her head. She had severe bed sores located on the right side of her body and she was wrapped up in a blanket that bonded her to the bed. Wrapped in the blanket with her were insects. The police department said that she had numerous conditions from living in such a filthy situation that included "sepsis, dehydration, multiple areas of skin breakdown, respiratory failure and pneumonia."
